Cómo recuperar mi cuenta (How to recover my account)

Tengo una cuenta antigua, la cual se el ID y la contraseña, pero el correo con la que cree la cuenta no lo ocupo hace mucho tiempo y no me recuerdo la contraseña, ya hize el cambio de correo pero no obtengo respuesta y no se de que otra manera la puedo recuperar.
