I often meet players who are looking for teams. Many have already mentioned that it would be cool to have an option somewhere to search for teams.

 

So for example an information board where you can enter the name, the main language, vlt number of members.
The language could be spoken in the team could be changed during creation or later via the team info.

many newcomers don't use the forum, for example, and you can't always find one on global.

This would be a nice feature, with some modifications for privacy reasons. ~ 
There is also the official MMO server that have daily recruitment posts, along with clubs here on forums to get the rough idea of language spoken | members or events. 
Which in a sense, kind of defeats the purpose & also gets rid of the need for clubs.

I know just some games where the language was specified ^^
there are also some games where there are both.
So the team search via the forum and ingame.
In most cases, this also states when the team has existed.
With PVP heavy game like the rank.
an application option and much more.
Which functions you can build in you can then look ^^
