Holes in hoenn's secret bases

I don't know if you know, but in Hoenn there are secret bases, a place just for you to stay there.
However, in some secret bases there are holes that can be covered by an item called ´´Stand´´ something like

The item in question can be achieved through a ´´Mini event´´ which is based on the console date in the case of the emerald Pokémon of the GameBoy

I tried to look for the booth at the mini event site, but it was not available for purchase.

I don't know if the item is for sale in a secret game market, but it really bothers those holes in the bases
