Trading / giving accounts that you own is against the Terms of Use.

 

Access;

You acknowledge that each Account may only be used by one person. If a minor over the age of 13 has been allowed access to an account by his/her parents or legal guardian, only that minor may use the Account thereafter;
You may not make any assignments or transfer of rights, obligations or liabilities related to this Agreement without the express written consent of PokeMMO, and any attempt by You to do so without the express written consent of PokeMMO is null and void.

If you mean trading in-game, You are allowed to trade between characters / accounts as long as they are your own accounts.
