IAmWoofus Posted February 1, 2021 Share Posted February 1, 2021 So. Clearly I'm logged into my account because I'm typing this with my account name linked. Why is it when I try to play the game on the cilent it's saying my password is wrong? I've logged out the website and relogged back in using the same account. HOWEVER when I log into the cilent it's telling me I'm wrong. So I've tried to reset my password by putting in my username like the websites says, and guess what I get no email. Tried to sign into Pokemmo support and got the same thing telling me my password is wrong. So here I am now trying to fix this problem. Link to comment

Luminithia Posted February 7, 2021 Share Posted February 7, 2021 (edited) Like GOK said, your log-in information for the client and forum-side are separate entities. The Client relies on either the username (title) you chose for a particular account or the chosen email address. Double check whether these types of information overlap or not - and you can enable the client ro remember your details to perhaps prevent this from happening in the future.
