i cant kill misty like I'm trying to level up my Pikachu but its just spamming water pulse if someone can give any tips on how to win this gym pls do i would appreciate it a lot also how do i get a bike and cut down trees

Hello, what is your starter? 

If its Charmander, don't even use it

If its Squirtle, make sure you have bite for Starmie

If its Bulbasaur, it should have been easy

 

 

You can get a Grass type such as Bellsprout or Oddish on the route in the Nugget bridge

it is charmander i evolved it to charmeleon but cant evolve it anymore

Do you have any other pokemon besides your Charmeleon and Pikachu?

If yes, what species?

If no, as I said, you have to catch a Grass type

i have bellsprout, manectric Mikyii just gave me and like a bunch of misc ones like ekens and nidorano

Alright, then you have to use Bellsprout and Manectric. Good luck

 

The next gyms are:

•Lt Surge (who uses Electric types), so you need to catch a Diglett/Dugtrio in Diglett tunnel

• Erika (grass type expert), use your Charizard

•Koga (Poison type expert), catch a Drowzee/Abra/Kadabra to destroy him but you can also use your strongest pokemon

•Sabrina (Psychic type expert), Use a Ghost/Bug/Dark type pokemon

•Blaine (Fire type expert), Use a Water type

•Giovanni (Ground type expert)  you can use your Charizard and Vitreebell, but be careful of Rhyperior

Indeed, Starmie has the advantage against most of the gyms and e4, as well as the rival's Pidgeot, Starter, Rhydon and Final Choice (Arcanine, Gyarados, Exeggutor)

I did have trouble with misty on my first run as I picked charmander but, a capped pika should do the trick
