The way pokeMMO clans are

 

Nowadays the way in which the Teams are organized in Pokemmo is very obsolete and does not go according to the interests and needs of both the players and the creators of the team in question, so here I have a series of ideas that would help PokeMMO to get a second opportunity without excessively ruining the current operation of the GTL.

 

Let's talk about the problems

 

The main problems in the way teams are programmed are 3, the lack of ranks that you can put in a team, the lack of options to choose from to interact with people from your team and with other teams, and funding that do not ruin the GTL, and an additional one that can be an added value to give an identity to be part of a team, which would be to have a team base, to one that having or not a team base is irrelevant for the 3 points above that I already name, having said this I will start with my proposals to arrange the teams

 

1-lack of editable ranges

2-lack of options to interact with people from other Teams

For this, I have thought of a solution that in my opinion would be the appropriate one, to create a new currency, “clan coins”.

Adding a currency only for Teams and a shop to spend clan coins will make the problem of financing to organize events with people from your clan not something impossible to do if you are new to the game.

 

This new currency would be kept in the clan itself, and these coins could only be handled by the leader and the members of the team that the team leader gives permission.

 

 

 

a)      How would this system work?

 B) How to obtain this currency?

a-      Examples of location and uses of the place

b-     Activation of inaccessible places as occupation of teams

Another completely different idea of using these places would be the occupation of these as a base, however only one team could claim these places, making it necessary that if another team wants to occupy this place they will have to fight against the members of the team that is occupying the area.

In conclusion, I think that making these proposals would revitalize this game in a positive aspect, it would give a sense of belonging to being in a team and we would not be so short of content within the game, in addition, it would make communicating within a team important since an organization would be needed to, for example go to fight in an area to belong to the team, or for example, organize a group of people to carry out team missions to earn funds.

La motivación que me llevo a escribir este foro es la falta de atención que han demostrado los programadores de este juego hacia sus jugadores, la falta de contenido que asecha a los jugadores que ya terminaron todo hace que estos dejen de jugar por lapsos amplios de juego, limitándose a conectarse al juego solo cuando se realizan eventos como el de Halloween o el de Navidad, a lo largo de lo que llevo jugando PokeMMO he notado un problema bastante sustancial que afecta en gran medida a la funcionalidad del juego, me refiero a los "equipos" o "Teams", este problema consta en que el balance entre ser un jugador sin clan y uno con clan es prácticamente nulo y es relativo el beneficio el unirte a un team o no, otros problemas como lo obsoleto que están las opciones de los teams u otros apartados dentro del juego que llevan asi desde 2012 hacen que sea aburrido estar jugando este juego continuamente, un diseño obsoleto que necesita una actualización urgente que revitalizaría las formas de interactuar con tus compañeros de team, otro ejemplo seria la falta de cosas que hacer una vez terminado las 4 regiones ya que la falta de contenido no ayuda motivar a los jugadores a seguir jugando PokeMMO.

 

La forma en que están los clanes de pokeMMO

 

Hoy en día la forma en que están organizados los Teams en Pokemmo es muy obsoleto y no van acorde a los intereses y necesidades tanto de los jugadores, como de los creadores del team en cuestión, por eso aquí tengo una serie de ideas que ayudaría a PokeMMO a tener un segundo aire sin arruinar de manera excesiva el funcionamiento actual del GTL.

 

Hablemos de los problemas

 

Los principales problemas de la forma en que están programadas los teams son 3, la falta de rangos que puedes poner en un team, la falta de opciones a las que optar para interactuar con personas de tu team y con otros teams, y una financiación que no arruine el GTL, y uno adicional que puede ser un valor añadido para darle una identidad a formar parte de un team, que sería tener una base de team, a un que el tener o no una base de team es irrelevante para los 3 puntos anteriores que ya nombre, dicho esto comenzare con mis propuestas para  arreglar los teams

 

1-falta de rangos editables

 

La falta de rangos editables en los teams es un hecho, muchos teams eligen tener líderes de gym para su team, designando a algunos jugadores para que tengan su "gimnacio" monotype para que los jugadores del mismo team vengan a desafiarlo, pero muchas veces quieres organizar los rangos de tu equipo pero solo tenemos 6 opciones que editar y personalizar.

 

Mi solución a este problema es simple, quitar el sistema de rangos actual y que puedas añadir rangos que tengan mejores opciones de personalización, un ejemplo rapido para aplicar en los teams sería el caso de discord, puedes añadir tantos rangos quieras y otorgar o denegar tantos permisos quieras, imagina un rango en el que puedas meter a la cárcel a un miembro de tu equipo haciendo de que la persona que este presa no pueda escribir en el chat de equipo, o por ejemplo ponerle colores a los rangos, imagínense que el rango de líder de equipo este escrito en amarillo, son personalizaciones pequeñas, pero tener un mejor margen para otorgar o denegar permisos daría mucho más juego a la importancia de crear roles y de cómo se organiza el team.

 

2-falta de opciones para interactuar con personas de otros Teams

 

Ya es bien conocido dentro de la comunidad algo conocido como "team war" o simplemente una "war", consiste en que dos teams peleen y que de ahí se decida un premio dependiendo de los ánimos de los teams que realicen este evento, el caso es que esto es totalmente organizado por personas, y con mucho esfuerzo de por medio ya que el juego carece de un mecanismo para hacer esta organización más sencilla, mi solución a este problema sería el añadir una cola extra en el apartado de PVP para declarar una guerra a los clanes que estén aceptando una guerra abiertamente, (pero para completar este apartado necesitamos hablar también de la financiación que no arruine el GTL) añadir esta opción daría un mejor margen de organización de wars dentro de pokemmo, lo que ayudaría a agilizar las wars y además de eso abriría la posibilidad de recibir premios a los teams que participen en ellas, para realizar esta acción de una cola PVP para teams, tendría que añadirse un apartado dentro de las opciones del team, tipo “en guerra” o “en espera” “torneo de team”(hablare de esto en el siguiente párrafo) para que sea fácil de identificar cuando se entra en war o no, además sería buena idea que esto de las colas PVP se hicieran 1 o 2 días al mes, ya que daría más margen de mejora y no sobrecargaría mucho el sistema(según mi opinión)

 

Además se podría añadir una opción adicional para que puedas organizar tu propio evento dentro de tu team, ejemplo “torneo de team” en donde los concursantes puedan decidir si van a participar o no, abriendo cuadros de inscripción a los participantes de cada team, de esa forma seria mucho más sencillo el realizar un torneo con los integrantes de tu team.

 

Otra interacción entre teams, sería hacer un ranking de teams a modo de clasificatoria tal y como en el PVP, en donde se clasifican los teams con mejores rangos en cuanto a wars ganadas.

 

Adicional a esto, seria genial el poder mostrar el rango de clasificación en el que está tu team al lado del TAG que se muestra en el nombre cuando estas dentro de un team, y como se mostraría esta “nueva” interaccion, muy fácil, mostrando el rango del team al lado del tag de este, un ejemplo del formato ocupando mi nombre dentro del juego seria el siguiente:            (rango de clasificación del team)(tag del team)(nombre)  52-PKM-BakaK

 

Además seria genial el poder elegir qué tipo de tag mostrar a la gente, además del caso ya mostrado, podría hacerse que se mostrara el rango de la cola PvP individual, de tal manera que se mostrase asi: (rango en PvP)(tier en la que participa)(nombre)    155 OU BakaK

 

Serian pequeños arreglos que le darían la posibilidad de interactuar asi como presumir a las personas que les guste las colas PvP o que les gustaría sentirse reconocido de alguna manera dentro del juego.

 

3- financiación que no arruine GTL

 

Este punto será muy importante, pensé en un sistema bastante extenso

 

El tener o no una financiación en un equipo es muy importante, actualmente los equipos tienden a organizar eventos, dando pokemons de premio o algún objeto importante como las ocarinas etc., pero estos premios están totalmente ligados a cuanto el líder de dicho equipo o el organizador del evento estén dispuestos a gastar en dicho evento, esto tiene un costo elevadísimo, y personalmente, es más rentable gastar en uno mismo que en tu propio equipo ya que el dinero es muy difícil de conseguir si no sabes donde conseguirlo, en el caso de los teams nuevos, si el líder no supera el tener 5 medallas en su primera liga, lo más probable es que su team este destinado a desaparecer además de que sea probable que esa misma persona deje el juego por que se le haría muy difícil el poder sostener una carga monetaria para incentivar a sus miembros te team a quedarse para representar a dicho team, para esto he pensado en una solución que a mi parecer seria la adecuada, crear una nueva divisa, “monedas de clan”.

 

Agregando una divisa solo para Teams y una tienda para gastar monedas de clan hará que el problema de la financiación para organizar eventos con personas de tu clan no sea algo imposible de realizar si eres nuevo en el juego.

Esta nueva divisa se guardaría en el clan mismo, y solo podrían manejar estas monedas, el líder y a los miembros del team que el líder de este le de los permisos.

 

 

 

a)      Como funcionaria este sistema?

Obviamente ustedes en este punto pensaran “este tipo quiere regalar ocarinas con las monedas de clan” obviamente no, eso rompería el GTL el cual ya está funcionando a duras penas con el sistema actual, para que este sistema de la nueva divisa funcione debe haber un límites de cuanto capital puede juntar un team como por ejemplo poder juntar hasta 1000 monedas de clan por mes y que si no las ocupas dentro de ese mes se desaparezcan (por dar un ejemplo).

 

Los artículos comprados con esta divisa deberán estar limitados solo al uso de los mismos integrantes de un team, restricciones tipo “no se puede vender en GTL” y “no se puede vender en tiendas” “solo intercambiable con miembros del team de origen”, restricciones así ayudarían a que no se pueda ganar dinero dentro del juego ocupando la divisa que está destinada completamente a miembros de un team, en el caso de los artículos que podrían comprarse con la nueva divisa, aun no lo tengo claro, pero podrían ser suplementos como las proteínas, carameloraros, o también el crear ítems (como el caso de los artículos de vestimenta) que sean accesibles con la divisa de team, como por ejemplo un ticket que te permita obtener un movimiento gratis en el tutor de movimientos de los centros pokemon, además, que se puedan comprar pokemons como los que hay de recompensa por temporadas en el PvP, como por ejemplo 3x31 y 3x20 + naturaleza (parecidos a los pokemon que se dan en recompensas por temporada en PVP) con las mismas limitaciones que los objetos que se consigan con esta divisa, que sería tipo “no se puede vender en GTL” “intercambiables solo con los miembros del team de origen” “no puede criar”.

 

Adicional a esto, encontré otro problema, ¿qué pasa si el que ocupa de mala manera el dinero del clan se roba dicho objeto?, para esto tendría que crearse una “bodega de clan” en donde los objetos comprados con la divisa se dirijan ahí en vez de al inventario del que ocupo las monedas de clan para comprar, y que los objetos que estén ahí no puedan ser retirados a no ser de que la persona posea permisos, en caso de pokemons, si son comprados con la divisa, que solo sean retirables a modo de premio en la modalidad que puse para el nuevo sistema de wars para clan, el modo “torneo de team”, esto, en parte, solucionaría el problema de la creaciones de personajes que están de Banco de algún equipo y no tienen otra funcionalidad además de ser un inventario de un equipo que en cualquier momento puede dar todas las cosas que tiene a un personaje random y estafar a un montón de personas que donan de buena fe.

                                                                                                            

         B) Como obtener esta divisa?

Primero que nada, este juego aspira ser un MMO, por ende pondré ejemplos bastante buenos de algunos MMO que están con una cantidad de jugadores muy alta y concurrente a diferencia de PokeMMO.

 

 En el caso de GW2 y Black dessert online, en el apartado de Clan hay algo llamado misiones de clan, en ella te pide, por ejemplo, recolectar x número de algo, a cambio recibes una pequeña financiación para tu team y para ti, misiones que involucren a todos los miembros del team como por ejemplo “derrotar a 1.000 entrenadores en Sinnoh” “Recolectar 10.000 bayas”, misiones individuales como por ejemplo “derrota al campeón de Kanto” o“hazte con Rayquaza” serian misiones que motivarían a los integrantes del team a tratar de hacer cosas, además de motivarlos a aprender cómo funciona el mundo de PokeMMO.

 

Otra de las formas que si o si debería tener o, una compensación con la divisa, o, una apuesta con la divisa, serían las Wars, ya lo mencione antes, darle relevancia a las wars haría que la importancia de estar en un equipo competitivo bueno sea primordial pero no necesaria.

 

4)  Bases para Teams

 

Como ya mencione al inicio del tema, este punto no lo considero tan importante como los otros 3 ya nombrados, sin embargo esto sin duda ayudaría a que la comunidad de pokemon se motive a ocupar lugares que ya están en la programación de los rooms, sin embargo son solo accesibles mediante los eventos de los cartuchos originales, me refiero a lugares como la isla origen, la torre unión, la zona nexo, bosque blanco o ciudad negra, e incluso otros lugares como la isla libertad los cuales son accesibles sin la necesidad de activar los eventos, además de eso, algunos lugares a los que se negaron los accesos como el frente de batalla de sinnoh o la mansión de zona descanso serian lugares perfectos para bases de team.

 

Tengo bastante claro que por temas legales no pueden editar las rooms, pero sé que pueden deshabilitar el acceso a lugares o pueden habilitarlo, como en el evento de navidad, en el caso de bosque blanco y ciudad negra resultaría muy difícil programarla, sin embargo se podría hacer una votación en alguno de los foros, para que se elija cuál de las dos zonas se pueda activar.

 

Tengo algunos ejemplos en que se podrían ocupar algunos lugares que están en los datos de los juegos, sin embargo desconozco si será posible de programar.

 

a-      Ejemplos de ubicación y usos del lugar

 

-isla origen: la isla origen actualmente está sellada e inutilizable dentro de los cartuchos de pokemon rojo fuego y pokemon esmeralda, es solo accesible con el ticket que te llevara a esa isla, sin embargo tengo una idea para usar esta isla, para las guerras de clan, isla origen cuenta con un espacio decente para las guerras de clan, se podrían reunir 2 clanes y comenzar el combate tocando la piedra de al centro, añadiendo por ejemplo estandartes de cada team de ambos lados de la isla, con fuegos artificiales etc, sería un espectáculo de ver en las wars.

 

-mansión de la zona descanso: sé que no todos los jugadores de pokemmo han terminado la región sinnoh, además, el ingreso a esta mansión está bloqueado a los jugadores, pero tengo una idea en que se podría ocupar, podría ser un lugar común en donde se establezca las bases de teams, un lugar al que pertenecer que le pertenecerá a todos aquellos teams que querrán tener algo propio de ellos, un lugar que pueda ser editable y de fácil acceso para los miembros de team, desconozco si hay más casas que estén bloqueadas en otras regiones, pero esta calza con todos los requisitos para ser un lugar muy importante para formar parte de algún team, tiene arto espacio dentro y pueden colocarse bastantes cosas en este lugar.

 

-zona nexo: la zona nexo está programada dentro de los archivos del juego, sin embargo no es accesible de manera sencilla, un uso que se me ocurre para este lugar sería el de hacer eventos o cazas a modos de mazmorra, este lugar tiene una especie de laberinto en donde se pueden realizar estos eventos, puede ser accesible en alguno de los puertos o puede ser que se transporte a los jugadores a dicha zona para realizarlos.

 

b-     Activación de lugares inaccesibles a modo de ocupación de teams

Otra idea completamente diferente de uso de estos lugares seria la ocupación de estos a modo de base, sin embargo solo un team podría reclamar estos lugares, haciendo que sea necesario que si otro team quiere ocupar este lugar tendrá que pelear contra los miembros del team que este ocupando la zona.

En conclusión pienso que realizar estas propuestas revitalizaría este juego en un aspecto positivo, le daría un sentido de pertenencia el estar en un team y no nos quedaríamos tan escasos de contenido dentro del juego, además, haría que el comunicarse dentro de un equipo sea importante ya que se necesitaría una organización para, por ejemplo ir a pelear a una zona para que pertenezca al team, o por ejemplo, organizar a un grupo de personas a realizar las misiones de team para ganar fondos.

There are good points but also bad points I dont know where they come from especially what you say about teams 

 

They are the only thing that keep players in the game, and while staff certainly doesn't have best choices regarding what the community actually wants, at least they let us fairly enough freedom to compensate from their lack of confidence to invest work in some aspects of their game. I'm pretty sure 80% of teams have their own events, their own activities, or ways to organize the ranks within the team, without the need of any staff. And if you hang around on forum, you will see that is the case for PvP aswell, as there is always some big event happening, and a community organized between discord servers.

 

I rather have staff letting us free to do whatever regarding all that, than trying to come up with something that will probably not answer our needs and just get in the way of our fun.

I know that in the case of the EN server in pokemmo they are kept in the game by the teams, but I come from the ES server and I wrote this post thinking about the huge number of people (especially new players) who cannot maintain their team active or they do not have the monetary budget to award prizes, not everyone in that chat knows English and they do not always know what to do when a game Moderator is holding a global event due to the language barrier, in addition to those reasons , not all the players of Pokemmo like to actively play PvP, but if they like to contribute in some teams, that's why I thought about the new currency since, being difficult to get money (if you don't know how to make money) it costs them a lot to contribute monetarily, especially if you are new to the game and do not exceed 5 medals in the first league, with this you would be helping them make events without having to spend out of your own pocket, also unlike EN, in ES not all people occupy discord, so I proposed that there be more sections in the team options to help them carry out his events.

 

 

As you said, 80% of the teams have their own events, their own activities or ways of organizing, but that surely only applies to the EN server, I assure you that on the ES server it is more or less the other way around  ;3

The fundamental reason why Pokemmo is such a slow game to update is because there are only 4 devs. They can only work so fast. 

 

The pokemmo team is just a small group of enthusiasts and not a big game developer. 

 

So all the lack of content will only be fixed in time. We just have to wait.

You are right, that's why I thought that giving some ideas that I think would not take a long time to program could help the developers in something, because
since I joined the game in 2012 the team section remains the same, and I feel it is somewhat outdated and should be changed

They never wanted to recruit or have the community help develop the game.

Just one of their policies (that way they don't have to share the money or take risks if the game is removed one day eheh)

However they've been doing well in 2020, hopefully more to come !

ooh that make sense, but for the meantime, i feel that now all we have to do as a comunity is try to give to them some ideas, that way they feel that we are attached to the game same way than 2015 and by the other way, they can listen to the community, by takin his ideas or creating content bassed on the ideas from the comunity to put it in to the game, that way we are helping them to create new content by given to them feedback :3
