There's a lot of old and/or inactive forum accounts, whose only purpose is taking away various name options from other people. Legit like accounts made in 2013 with 0 posts etc which is pretty lame.
I know that in-game there's account nuking from time to time so maybe do that as well on forums if possible, with whatever criteria you deem fit.
