My pokemon got wiped?

Hey guys I just started playing pokeMMO yesterday however when i logged on today I lost my snivy and two other pokemon and im left with a low lvl puppy pokemon. I had hit repair client before hand so I'm thinking this is the issue however I have no idea what to do to get my pokemon back. I had just beaten the first gym to give you context on where i am. Any suggestions would be very nice thanks.
