hello pokéfans and other people reading this

Hi, I'm GuyDolan. MY ingame name is also GuyDolan. Dolan is an anagram for Donald. My real name. minus the second d. I've been a pokémon fan very quite a while. Back when Ash was still travelling in Kanto. Back when there were only 150 pokémans. 151 if you include mew. I played the original red and blue games. I didn't play the original silver and gold versions. I did however play the continuing generations ,and one of my favorite games heartgold. X is also up there too. I didn't play sun or moon, but I did play ultra sun some time after it was released. Got a discount since the game was fairly old. I never played gen 8 though. Nothing against it. I'm just not interested in playing it. Hypothetically if I did play it, I'm sure I'd have a fun time, but nah. I just don't wanna. 

 

I came into knowing about pokémmo from a reccomendation on pokécharms. I decided to give it a try. At this point, I've beaten the first four gym leaders in Unova, and the first four gym leaders in Kanto. I'm currently in Hoenn. No gym badges, I'm planning on having an all grass team. My hoenn team will be sceptile, ludicolo, breloom, cradily, cacturne, and tropius. I currently have a grovyle, lombre, and a shroomish. All three are level 16 as I type this. Though by the end of the day they should be level 20, and beating roxanne is going to be unbelievably easy. 

 

If your wondering why I'm running a type specialist. It's because I like themes. Type specialists are just cool, IMO. You will likely disagree, and that's okay. 

 

Outside of pokémon I practice martial arts. I've practiced martial arts for a little over 10 years actually. I practice Goju Ryu Karate which is okinawan karate. I also train with a group called ching yi kung fu. They practice chinese martial arts. All sorts of martia arts. Tai Chi, Bagua, and Xing yi are the big three systems that is practiced within Ching Yi but some people practice other styles as well. I won't get too into martial arts detail since this is a pokémon forum and not a martial arts one.
