honestly, I don't know why they changed this from the beginning, knowing who your opponent will be in the next round of the tournament, I always found it fun to use those 10 minutes to prepare, to build something, it makes me very boring just to get to end spamming a single team

This system rewards a player for being one-dimensional, aka being able to win only using one team or playstyle. Being versatile is also a skill, and this kind of system actually hinders such a skill
