Question: Is Pheona the theoretical Owner of the server, using the dream gas (what ever it is) to show every player

Answer: It Can be Possible, and if there is a possibility to get the Global Link to function in some way, it can be that Pheona has done this. basically: Pheona Knows how the OG server worked, thus, its possible for it to get it working again on her own servers.

 

Nintendo owned the original servers (PGL) , and Pheona has this one (PokeMMO), it is possible.
