Conkeldurr is too powerful now

Conkeldurr is too powerful now since he can learn facade and close combat. Facade + Close Combat can destroy most pokemon without ghost type. Ghost attacker (like Gengar) also face the risk like Payback or Stone Edge. It seems that only Cofagrigus can counter Conkeldurr. I think it's an unbalanced pokemon. It would create a unhealthy situation, anyone who doesn't use Cofagrigus must face the huge threat of Conkeldurr. One of Facade and Close Combat should be banned. 

 

Hippowdon is not strong enough now.

1) Conkeldurr has Guts as its ability, which instead allows a status of burn to increase its attack rather than decrease it

2) Not every Gengar runs Hex
