Encounters in each route

I havent played in a long time, but for some reason I remember so vividly being able to see what encounters were in each grass in like the top right corner of the screen and like what pokemon you had and hadnt caught in each area. Is this something they removed, am I going crazy, or did I download a mod without remembering and If so how would I find that mod again

I don't recall that ever being a thing in game. It definitely was not a mod and I 100% don't recall being able to see the encounters for an area in the HUD.

Perhaps that was from one of the OG games, which is not part of PokeMMO.
