Can someone please explain me why Beartic does NOT have Slush Rush?

This ability is not OP and is not a hidden ability. So, WHY? Hail is the worst weather and this could help a lot.

This could be because the Slush Rush ability was introduced in the 7th generation, and PokeMMO is based on the 5th generation.  (A personal opinion)

To be more accurate, PokeMMO is based on Gen5 but with gen8 rules (mostly). The general rule is "Everything is Gen8 as long as it exists in gen5" 

 

Slush rush did not exist in Gen5 which is why it is absent here.

Ok, I get it now, but I'm still thinking that would be cool. I may add a suggestion.
