I know that a can buy one on kanto in the casino or buy it to online players but I want to catch it wild. It is posible? thanks everbody.

It is only possible to catch Porygon in the wild if it appears via a swarm - but there is no way to know when that will happen. 

 

A so-called swarm is overworld Pokémon that appears randomly in a spot - and there are 4 of the same species. There has been cases with Porygon, but again, there is simply no way to know when this will happen again. So the best way for you will be to purchase one at Celadon Game Corner.

To add to this, I saw porygon swarm on route 7 in kanto, just right from Celadon
