So I'm new, that should be self evident. Just coming in to say hi. So far the game seems pretty awesome but the chatbox seems kinda "loud." Besides that I'm doing great! Within my first half hour of playing I was randomly given a Mankey and a Staryu by another player, the community seems rather nice for the most part. I've never followed the Pokemon games too closely so I'm unfamiliar with nature and IV, just some more things to learn I guess.
Quick question while I'm here. If I rebind my directional keys to WASD, what would you recommend I bind A and B to? I was thinking the > and ? keys but I might want to put them on the num pad somewhere.

If you bind WASD (and want to play more one handed...), I would say E (for select), and R for cancel. Also I would bind F1 (for fishing or your bike, etc.) to F. (well that's what I would do... I am playing on a xbox controller myself... so I am not sure how well that would play ).

Now that I've tried it, it's rather hard to hold down R (b ) to run when walking with the same hand
