xStarr
I agree on the Lucario quick ban. Too strong after +2 for the entire tier. Others are okay. Link to comment

TohnR
Don't unban Lucario thx :) Not only is it uncheckable but it's also very hard to revenge kill, since it resists all the UU prios (besides Jet Azu, which is meh), and can threaten a large part of the scarfers with his own prios Edited September 27, 2020 by TohnR Link to comment

Which makes it almost impossible to Revenge Kill or handle. It's just a really bad idea... don't even think we should have to provide calcs to back it up. TohnR 1 Link to comment

Umbramol
Lucario should remain banned.. As much as i would have tremendous fun using it, it is an offensive uber for the tier.. I can think of one or two stuff that could potentially stop it but it still will centralise the meta too much around it Link to comment
Zymogen
Whimsi down and Rhyp up will be good for NU for sure. Also would like to echo Life’s question about seasonals HermitG 1 Link to comment

JorgeFirebolt
In my opinion moving down lucario to UU is a big mistake, its already an amazing mon in OU that can be used on HO teams to sweep at last. Link to comment
xSparkie
If given the opportunity, there's a few mons that Lucario can set up on in UU. Obviously you can go for the chip and try to RK it afterwards, but even then there isn't that many reliable checks for it. Lucario with SD / CC / Espeed / Ice Punch or Crunch references: +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Flygon: 125-148 (80.6 - 95.4%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Krookodile: 139-165 (81.7 - 97%) -- 25% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Crobat: 127-151 (66.1 - 78.6%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Bronzong: 156-185 (89.6 - 106.3%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Crunch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Jellicent: 190-226 (91.7 - 109.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Gligar: 187-224 (108.7 - 130.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Vaporeon: 231-274 (97.4 - 115.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Druddigon: 183-216 (99.4 - 117.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Donphan: 152-179 (77.1 - 90.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Crunch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 146-172 (72.2 - 85.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Crunch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Dusclops: 88-104 (59.8 - 70.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock +2 252 Atk Life Orb Lucario Extreme Speed vs. 8 HP / 0 Def Durant: 48-57 (35.8 - 42.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock +2 252 Atk Life Orb burned Lucario Crunch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Dusclops: 44-52 (29.9 - 35.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock Every team will probably end up running Slowbro/Clops/Jelli + Gligar to play around the physical set that's either lacking crunch or ice punch. The same applies to the special-oriented version as well (i.e. HP Ice vs. Dark Pulse in case you're dealing with Gligar or Clops). If it does get moved down, then you're pretty much expected to have two slots dedicated to deal with just this one mon. HumongousNoodle, MendeeZ, xXBlu3BreathXx and 5 others 8 Link to comment
Munya
Ah lucario is BL, I made this last night before going to sleep and asked if it was BL and nobody responded, its not moving, these movements are never set in stone except for ones that move UP, also you act like this isn't a usage based thing, nobody made the decision that Lucario magically has low enough usage to move down, you guys not using it did. Removed from the list. Also Unfortunately tier changes will happen before and the tournaments aren't smart enough to use old tiers yet. Kupokun
Rhy going to UU hurts a little, while having wobbu in NU is interesting, considering not the worst pokemon out there, but expected to see it go up to UU again by next month. Whimsi is actually surprising so im assuming no one knows how to use it. Going to be a fun month. JorgeFirebolt 1 Link to comment
