0 RealMak
I totally agree, Knock Off should get the buff. Since other weaker moves got buffed such as Leech Life, I think its a great opportunity to buff this amazing Dark Type move. Upvoted btw I don't like fairies, so the quicker they buff Knock off, the better CrzPapel 1 Link to comment
0 Quinn010
steel resist dark so the fairy type argument is nonsense. Zmoves or mega stones are not in g8 and its still not op. lc is gone so im really curious why you guys dont buff it Edited January 13, 2021 by Quinn010 close to 400 shitposts lol CrzPapel 1 Link to comment

This argument is usually made because of how valuable dark coverage is to fighting types, not because of Little Cup. Fairy resists both, while steel is weak to fighting, making the dark resistance significantly less impactful. Buffed Knock Off greatly benefits Conkeldurr for example, in such a way that it will likely become a huge problem as Cofagrigus and Reuniclus would no longer be able to switch into it. 252+ Atk Guts Conkeldurr Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus: 108-128 (65.4 - 77.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO 252+ Atk Guts Conkeldurr Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Reuniclus: 168-198 (77.4 - 91.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO The utility of it shouldn't be ignored either. There are very few drawbacks to permanently gimping incoming targets with the item removal effect since you're also hitting them with a powerful attack in the process, and the things that resist it usually don't want to risk getting hit by a fighting move instead. With the current version, the low damage makes the item removal the primary purpose and a move you need to be more careful with using instead of it just being a bonus. A buff is unlikely to happen without future generations. HumongousNoodle 1 Link to comment

0 Bruttow
But put the fairies in and Conkeldurr pees before clefable and disarmament will not have such an impact, because everyone will have a fairy and a metal in their teams. Link to comment
0 Bruttow
Also, there are not enough fairies to be afraid of them, only Clefable, Togekiss and Azumarill would be a problem solving izzy with a metagross xd 2 minutes ago, Bruttow said: Link to comment
0 RealMak
@Bruttow you probably have no idea how horrible are the fairies... They are the next "overpowered" pokemon type , meaning that they can kill anything that cannot resist their attacks, and they are the main reason why Poison and Steel type pokemon became good in gen 6 Link to comment

Link to comment
