I'm new to this stuff, so I don't exactly know what to do however, I cannot seem to access my account ZeRoSoul and I lack the proper email as I've forgotten it. I've tried all my current ones.

Well, even if I change my password, I don't get the notification in the email probably because I lost the email. I'm currently on mobile device and I was wondering is it possible to somehow retrieve my account another way? I don't exactly understand how the support area works. I just know the username and that's about it. If anyone could send me the email of the account that may actually help as well.

Mmmm como le piensa hacer para verificar si es dueño original ya que solo sabe UserID y no contraseña ni correo de la cuenta, eso es sospechoso y lo veo difícil, imagínese que alguien haga eso con una cuenta que no es suya. Espero que si es tu cuenta verdadera puedas recuperarlo, de lo contrario tenga su respectiva sanción.
