I was wondering why features such as hair, eyes, and skin can't be changed. Especially shoes. You can customize every piece of clothing except shoes and there's only a couple options as is. I just got a clothing item that looks really nice except for the fact that it completely clashes with the boots my character is wearing. As for physical features, you can buy a few hair styles and eye colors but the entire library of hair styles and colors and eyes aren't available once you make your character and once you've dedicated so much time you can't just make a new character and call it a day. I don't know how complicated it would be to add these options but most rpgs let you re customize your character even if it's for a price, and I'd like to at least have the option.
