Hello @Sakisdd,

For any tutor move, you can find the tutor in every PC of the game. Just locate the new added move NPCs and talk to the one that deals with tutor moves.

can you tell me the region exactly ?, I searched Kanto and Hoenn and just didn't find

Oh you are right, Superpower doesn't appear for my hydreigon too
