hey, i started on sinnoh, and im on Veilstone city and i did notice is not possible to recieve the porygon??

According to the pokedex there is no wild location ~ which i'd presume is brought in the game corner/GTL (Global trade link)

there was an update in pokemmo that removed gift porygon from sinnoh.
