Log In Issue #2

I can't access my main character, I have already tried support request and the issue I have does not fall in any of the support categories. I am not banned and my client is not the issue.

So I did a quick google search of why I can't log in to my character and this is the result.

 Do I have to wait for days until the bug is resolved? Or weeks?
