New Nuzlocker in Kanto

Hello all pokefreaks out there, StarlightQuill aka WhispFoxx (in game) here starting up on pokemmo and going straight for hard mode with an MMO nuzlocke, I'll be posting my progress through the story here but before i really get started i have two questions.

!. what gens of pokemon are catchable in game
2. what regions are explorable
