Dragonair glitching

I'm on mobile and I'm somewhat new to PokeMMO. Sometimes when I use Dragonair's Dragon Rage or Dragon Tail on wild pokemon it shows their HP going down then it just closes out of the battle thing. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesnt. What is happening please help.

Hi there,

 

Dragon Tail (in a trainer battle) will switch out the Pokémon currently out in the field (if more than 1 Pokémon is present in the party).

In a wild battle with a single target, Dragon tail will end the battle if your level is equal or higher to that target"s level.
