Is Toxicroak a good Pokemon?

I recently bought it I want to know if it was a good choice
 

Some attacks that I would like to make him learn like Gunk-Shot, however I cannot find.

 

it also has some good IVs.

I would refer you to the Competitive Assistance section of the forums for this type of question.

 

As for Gunk Shot, you need to speak to the Move Tutor at Mistraliton City's Air Traffic Control Center. 3 Poison Barbs are needed to be taught the move.

Its a good pokemon for its water immunity. I have 1 for my E4 runs. And he has some very good stat boosting moves
