You cannot "create" a GYM, you can however create a team using the Community tab in game, it costs $15000, and you can invite people to your team. Or just join an existing one by getting invited.

No puedes "crear" un gimnasio, pero puedes crear un "Equipo" usando la pestaña de Comunidad, cuesta $15000 y puedes invitar gente a tu equipo. O unirte a uno que ya exista si te invitan.
