Reached Rock Tunnel, i think i'm in trouble

So i reached Rock Tunnel in Fire Red/leaf Green, but i forgot to get the HM05 Flash before reaching that point, i don't know how to go back to get it, am i in trouble?

You're not in trouble hydralisk. If you know the route around Rock Tunnel, then you can navigate through it. As for the location to obtain Flash, it is a little ways away. However, Rock Tunnel in Kanto is the only instance where Flash is needed. The other caves are well lite.
