Hi mylor,

Yes, you can use Ability Pills (bought in daycares) to change the ability of a Pokémon. But remember that abilities in PokeMMO can be a bit different from main games, so I suggest you look the particular Pokémon up in the Pokedex.

Bonus:In this time game doesn't have hidden ability so if you want to get hidden ability is it impossible.

yup, just go to the daycare and talk to the one of the NPCs to buy (not the old lady)

The daycare of Kanto is located on island 4, north of Pokemon Center.

 

The NPC girl which sell this pills is located near a table inside the daycare.

 

Please note that island 4 isn't accessible in Kanto untill you have beaten the elite 4 by the first time iirc.
