Generally in an MMO or more specifically a MMORPG, guilds (teams) often have a guild warehouse or inventory that the guild leadership use to store lots of items necessary for guild management. I suggest the same thing over here. I'll explain this a bit more after I explain GCPs.
GCPs A.K.A Guild Contribution Points. Members have to do certain things in order earn these points for the guild. The guild could then put up an item for sale in the guild inventory that members can buy with their GCPs. It could be comp breeds, items, vanity and so much more.
The relevance of the guild inventory is store items necessary for team events and such (Ex: a team bank).
A few things that members can do to earn GCPs could be like catch 10x 1x31 dittos for how many ever GCPs.
If anyone feels like this idea could be improved upon, feel free to comment.
