Recuperar mi progreso - Recover my progress

Hola, quisiera saber si es posible recuperar el progreso de mi cuenta. Acabo de volver a jugar después de un tiempo y se ha borrado mi personaje y todo su avance ¿Puedo recuperarlo? Gracias!
