OU Team - Requires polishing

Hey everyone, a friend of mine suggested an OU team that´s really unconventional but I would like to make it work. It evidently needs heavy adjustments, such as covering for electric weakness, lack of hazard control and lack of specially offensive power aside for Volcarona. Please do let me know if you believe this could work in any way and what changes you would make to the team:

To me it sounds like an extremely high-risk high-reward build, but do let me know if this makes any sense.

just watch out for rival teams that are from climates (rain, sand or sun)., you could do some variants like: cloyster by Scizor, Sigilyph by rotom.
