couldn't create windows

meu pc e windows 10 64 bits com 2gb de ram(mas so reconhece 1,45),e toda vez que tento instalar o jogo da o erro de couldn't create windows,meu dirver de video e de 2016 e da intel,alguem sabe como resolvo isso?/my pc and windows 10 64 bits with 2gb of ram (but only recognizes 1.45), and every time i try to install the game the error could not create windows, my video driver is 2016 and from intel, someone do you know how to solve this?

This is most likely to be happening due to outdated graphics card drivers, try updating them. :)

I already tried it on the intel site, but as my pc has little ram, it is difficult to find a better driver, if anyone knows a newer driver for a weak PC, please put the link

That isn't how graphics drivers work. They are based around a specific series of chipsets. You can't just download a driver for a different chipset and expect it to work. If you already have the latest driver that has been released by Intel you would be better off seeking assistance in Support Request.

Instead of installing it download the zip file instead. If you're having problems installing it then this should skip the installation.

Can you post a screenshot of your error? I've never actually seen a 'could not create windows' error.
