Scorupi and Carnivine

The pokedex data shows that they are obtainable only on the Great Marsh as Very Rare. My question is: do they appear only in a specific area, similarly to some species in Kanto and Hoenn Safari Zones or there's a chance to catch them anywhere?

I've found Skorupi on area 1, a couple of them, and some Carnivine at the area 6. Idk if they spawn in every areas. My friends got some Skorupi in the area 1 too.

The areas they can be found in often change. They're always available somewhere in the marsh, but exactly where is something you'll have to figure out when hunting for them.

I've just found Drapion as a walking NPC in area 3, are there any other mons that show up like that?

This was a swarm, different species can show up on the overworld almost anywhere. It's not common or consistent so can't really be relied upon if you're looking for anything specific, but it's a way to pick up a few rare or foreign mons if you're lucky enough to see them.

would be cool though if they would be announced over the tv tho like in original games - or do they already?
