hello I wanted to catch cobaltium on black / white except who and not the legendary are disabled?

Hello!

The only legendaries available for now are Mewtwo, Rayquaza and Zekrom. The first two work as an event, Zekrom can be used only during story. :)

You won't have the mega powerful legendaries, but the low tier ones like the birds, dogs, regis, etc may be implemented.
