Woah ! More than 4 Years here and no presentation ...
So I repair this problem right now : (with a non inspired presentation)

Hours played: At pokémon ... maybe more than 2000hours all gens, only PokéMMO ? Don't really know, breed a lot on my first account but I lost my old email account ... and with the new device verification my old account too XD

Have you tried contacting staff regarding this ? Make an appeal in Support Request and maybe you'll get lucky.
