Sorry guys if this is the wrong section, but I'm new and I have a question: there are ways to level up fast at the beginning? I need some advice to level up fast at the begin of the game xD, thanks

Apart from farming wild encounters, not a lot of ways in the beginning. If you have a move like surf, hyper voice, etc... Get a sweet scent Pokemon (like oddish) & summon and faint x3 / x5 horde for quick XP.

Adding to Akshit's answer, you can also rebattle trainers every 6 hours, that is a good way to get some extra money too. Just normal trainers, not the ones inside gyms, and gym leaders will get the possibility of rebattle just after you beat the E4 on the region. :)
