Pokemon in phenomena method

To the people that want complete the dex or breed a poke with his ot I recommend remove the exlusives pokemon to the phenomena and put them in hordes/safari/wild/etc, cause it's a dead method, no one search phenomena nowadays, or at least put a messagge of where they can be found (tv/special npc/stand of routes)
