(btw im asking instaid of my brother, cause he is too lazy to make a forum account) after years we came back to this game, and my bro noticed that in his account even tho he completed the kanto region as a whole (proof that his starter charizard is level 91 lol) only has 3 badges and all the npcs engage with him in combat once more, he mightve done something before we took the long break, but now he doesn't know how to gain all his badges back, lol

Ncp’s may “suffer” from a reset, so even if he was in another region in the end, he may still have to rebattle Kanto’s npc’s anyway.
