[MOD] The PokeMMO Music Overhaul Alpha

This mod aims to replace every track in PokeMMO, either with remixes, remastered OSTs and new tracks altogether.
This is only the alpha so a lot needs to be done (especially in black)


What I've done so far:
- Updated the Hoenn Soundtrack with the ORAS remixes
- Changed title screen music (and the secret version)
- Changed the Kanto/Hoenn Evolution and Tutorial Music

What needs to be done:
- Update Kanto's OST to HGSS
- Find good tracks for the Sevii Isles
- Do Black's OST
- Update the rest of Hoenn (The battle frontier)
