We don't care if LC is probably not considered a tier, or if Untiered is part of the main tiers. This suggestion is not anything comp-related, it's just geared towards better organization of the Pokédex and GTL. Just keep the banned LC mons in the Untiered/whatever tier list like how it's already done and then keep the rest of the LC mons in the LC list; nothing fancy.

I'll be entirely honest, we are not judging viability in the "untiered" tier, as it is litterally a place for junk that didn't make it into usage.  The tier council isn't touching it beyond things that fall out of NU naturally go there, nor am I, as that is not what it was created for.

Well yes, pokemon like Ferroseed are used in NU. But any pokemon from a lower tier can be used higher up, I don't think that should be taken into account

LC isn't a lower tier, it's a gimmick tier entirely separate, removing lc mons from untiered removes them from being usable outside of lc

Well not really. You're saying that pokemon in UU and NU can't be used in OU as they aren't in that part of the dex

I'm saying this is how the system works, LC does not work off the regular tier system so things being in LC do not directly remove them from being used in other tiers, removing things from Untiered will however remove them from being used in other tiers(other than LC since they would still be assigned to it)

Think of it like when you do a duel, if you don't select UU, but you do OU and NU, and I am assuming Untiered exists as an option now - things in UU can't be used, its the same system.

If you think thats alright, and we should just have to additionally select LC, keep in mind when you select LC it automatically sets it to LC mode and removed the other tier selections, or should be it appears to be bugged atm, probably something to do with the addition of Untiered.

Or when you select LC and also select any tier above it, have the upper tier's rules override the LC rules? You sound like implementing something like that would not be possible, all that's roughly needed is to code it in and test if it works or messes something else up and whatnot like any other implementation.

But of course, knowing how the devs work, this suggestion will likely be shoved to the wayside as the devs gotta feed the whiny, impatient players their fill of Sinnoh and dungeons, even though all they're ever gonna do is AFK in Verm all day and/or complain the very next day after Sinnoh/dungeons release that the game is boring and needs more updates, rather than save their breath and play another game or something.

Don't forget, this is coded on a potato, so.....
