First OU Team - any advice/feedback?

Hi, this is my first attempt in building a competitive team. I don't have experience in doing this, so any feedback is really appreciated.

Replace Overcoat with Magic Guard on Reun, Energy ball for Focus Blast and I'd probably run Flamethrower instead of Hydro Pump on Mence tbh.
