Disconnected from Server

I buyed a shroomish for 100k to do a high capture rate pokemon, I lvl up the shroomish to lvl 40 to get spores, at lvl 40 at learning spores my account get disconected from the server, so i lost spore and wasted 100k in a shroomish that has no spore. 

 

Can this be considerated to be refounded or giving a shroomish like mine with spore?

Have you tried going to a move relearner to see if you can teach it that way?
