I made this minimal grey background and I decided to share it in case someone wants to use it. How to use: Save the background from the link below, copy it two times and rename this three files "bg_00.png", "bg_01.png" and "bg_02.png", than overwrite the files in theme's textures folder. [GUI] Dark Blend 2.0 (01/30/14 - *UPDATED*) So, I disappeared for a good while. Dealing with life and what not and decided to come back to pokeMMO and noticed a major update to the theme. So, I decided to update my Dark Blend :) So here it is, Dark Blend 2.0. So I've been into Gui's recently and although changing the color is not all that difficult it may be cool to some people and some may want it. What this does is changes all the buttons,trainer card, PC, pokemon summary cards to be a different color of your choosing. Fill out this form: Color: Specific (light,dark) color example (only 1 color per request) Do you want the trainer card to be included with the color: Example: [spoiler][/spoiler] Yours won't include the lapras or dots like mine, that takes a bit longer time. But I think you get the point of what it will be like. Instructions to apply: 1. Open your PokeMMO Client folder. [spoiler] [/spoiler] 2. Click on the data folder [spoiler][/spoiler] 3. Click on the themes folder: [spoiler] [/spoiler] 4. Click default folder, obviously [spoiler] [/spoiler] 5. Click on the res folder: [spoiler][/spoiler] 6. Once in this folder take the downloaded files I sent you on dropbox, drag and drop it into this folder. When the option bar pops up asking you what you want to do, click move and replace all. 7. I would save the original 4 files somewhere else in case you want to use them later. Enjoy!

I've been looking through the different themes here that have been uploaded and there are some that I've liked. However, I've never been able to edit the GUI like some others and I just don't have much time. Instead, I just decided to edit and make a simple background for when you login. I hope you enjoy it. HOW TO INSTALL: 1. Download the BG provided below. 2. Locate and find your PokeMMO folder. 3. Travel to data -> themes -> default -> res. I always found it odd that one cannot see their own name/team tag in this game. In many other MMOs, this is staple. One downside to not having your own name/team tag visible is that you cannot tell whether you are in a team or not without pressing G. I also think it would just be neat to see what a tag looks like next to your character name without seeing someone else's screenshot or what have you. It could be a toggle option if some people found it annoying for whatever reason. I just think it should be a possibility to have it be displayed if one so wishes. I can't really see a downside to this. It would just be a sort of quality of life change.

Es ist noch nicht komplett fertig und selbst die bisher angefertigten Grafiken und Änderungen können zu jeder Zeit noch ein Mal gänzlich überarbeitet werden. Es kann ebenso sein, das ich mehrere Versionen des Themes rausbringe. Der Ziel des Themes ist es am Ende einen farblichen Eindruck passend zum Trainer Red zu hinterlassen. Jetzt könnten einige sagen "ja aber das blaue Interface passt doch garnicht. Es ist doch blau, nicht rot." Richtig und falsch. Blau ist das negativ von Rot und ACHTUNG SPOILER FÜR POKEMON ORIGINS!!![spoiler]Reds Glurak nicht umsonst zu Mega Glurak X wird und nicht zu Y[/spoiler]. Demnach glaube ich das es gut ist einen Kontrast darzustellen. Was allerdings geplant ist, ist dass die Kampf UI völlig in Rot gehalten wird. Allerdings bezweifle ich das rote Buttons und blaue Schrift so harmonieren wie blaue Buttons und rote Schrift. Jedenfalls könnt ihr mich gerne auf dem Weg zur Fertigstellung dieses Themes begleiten und auch eure Tipps und Kritiken hier lassen. Ich würde mich sehr darüber freuen. It isn't completed yet and even the already redesigned grafics and changes might be reworked at any moment. It could also happen that I would create more then just one version of this theme. The goal of this theme is to achieve a color reference to the trainer Red. Now some people could say "Yes but the blue interface isn't a good reference to red at all. It's blue not red." Right and false at the same time. Blue is the negative of red and WARNING SPOILER FOR POKEMON ORIGINS!!![spoiler]Reds Charizard isn't evolved into Mega Glurak X just for fun instead of Y[/spoiler]. So I think it's a good contrast. What I'm planing to do right now is to maybe change the battle UI completle to red. But I have a bad feeling if it comes to red buttons with blue font. For me blue Buttons with red font looks better. How ever. Everyone of you can walk beside me on my way to finish this theme and I'd appreciate it if you leave a comment with your tipps or critique here. [WIP] Noir GUI Hey all, so here's another GUI I recently put together. It's a dark theme which draws some inspiration from that Wobbuforce Elite (I think it was called) theme which afaik is sadly not up to date.
