No te preocupes. Ataque Especial (SP.Attack): fuego, agua, trueno, Hoja, Hielo, Psíquico, Dragon, Dark. Esto incluso incluye los golpes (fuego, hielo, trueno) IN ENGLISH (sorry for mi translate) What are they? Well, EVs also known as Effort Values are one of the most important things in the training of all Pokemon, from birth until they reach their maximum development. These EVs are hidden values, and this I say that you can not see with the naked eye so it is important to know the how they work and how to calculate. Why it? The Effort Values are responsible for a Pokemon has more points in a Stat than another. This makes the pokemon can be trained in different ways, either to have more speed and more attack or defense and hit points. Every 4 EVs that accumulate in Stat equals a point in that Stat. How do I get these Effort Values? Each pokemon is born or they catch, as long as that does not come into battle pokemon is like a blank sheet. Why do I say this? Because EVs lospokemon obtained through battles, while these are not with another person or in the battle tower. Each pokemon gives EVs in different Stat. Say for example, you're training to Snorlax to hit your max attack, then you go to an area where Machoke and Bibarel appear as these Pokemon give 2 EVs each to defeat. What limits are in EVs? Well, as always, there must be limits to the existence of a just and pokemon game is no exception. In all, the pokemon can use to divide 510 EVs in their Stats, but these 510 EVs can not go to a single stat. Can only accommodate 255 EVs in one stat, but the ideal would be to leave it in 252 it is a number divisible by four. As I explained above, four EVs represent one point in a stat, if we have 252 EVs in one stat and divide among 4 puts a total of 63 points can go in a Stat. So if we want to maximize two should be well Stats: Stat 252 a (say special attack) + 252 in another stat (speed) which amounts to 504 and leaves 6 EVs us to deliver a point in any other Stat. Now, let us take an example to Snorlax again, need to accumulate 252 EVs in attack so we must defeat 126 Machokes and / or Bibarels as these get 2 attack EVs. But I also want to reach their maximum HP, so I have to go to an area where they appear Bidoof and Stamps, as each one gives 1 EV for HP. But you say "I do not want lightning to defeat 252 Bidoof" If so, then read on. We know how to obtain them and to serve, but now we want to get them faster then just devote ourselves to raise your level. There are several ways to upload quickly the EVs of the pokemon. I'll ask you when you train your pokemon EVs go scoring on a sheet of paper each of the points you earn. First of all, are the vitamins. These will go up 10 EVs for every one that you give your pokemon depending on what you give it. You can only make 10 of these to each Stat therefore not recommend you give 10 vitamins to each stat, but only give him the 10 vitamins Stats you think the train. HP up + 10 HP Protein +10 Atk Iron + 10 Def Calcium + 10 Sp Atk Zinc + 10 Sp Def Carbos + 10 Speed Is there any item to increase EVs? There is an item called Macho Brace. This wonderful item allows a pokemon gain double EVs obtained but the pokemon reduces its speed while carrying it To find out which pokemon give EVs a certain Stat visit: http://serebii.net/games/evs.shtml just head to the bottom and click the stat you want to see. 3. Ok, so these are some basic tips that I've picked up over the years that I think can help a lot of the lesser experienced players. Speed In terms of IV's, Speed is the most important. Where as with the other stats you can be "close enough" with the variance in damage, speed is absolute and exact. If you have higher speed, you go first. Period. Having a 31 in Speed, with proper EV's and nature, can guarantee that you will outrun who you are supposed to outrun. This is vitally important for situations like Aero vs. Alakazam, or Starmie vs. Tauros; the 31 makes sure you're faster than the threat, or speed tie against pokemon with the same base speed as you. HP vs Def/Sp. Def As a general rule of thumb, when trying to beef up a pokemon with EV's, you should compare the HP vs the Def. + Sp. Def. stats. If HP < Def. + Sp. Def., pour EV's in to HP. If HP > Def. + Sp. Def., pour them in to the lower of the 2 defenses. Of course, if you're going for something specific, you can EV how you want. Like if you want to make Golem a better physical wall while still maintaining high attack, you might put a bunch of HP EV's into Defense. As a more advanced tip, you can put a specific amount of EV's into a defense stat for the purpose of surviving an extra hit from a specific pokemon's attack. Stat Boosts If your pokemon uses stat boosts, you should take this into account when giving EV's. This is an efficient way to maximize your EV spread. For instance, if you're using DD Gyara, you don't need max speed EV's. You would only need to put enough so that after 1 boost you're faster than everything. You can put the remaining EV's where you want. Which Nature do I choose? There's a checklist you can go through based on your pokemon. If your pokemon only uses physical or special attacks, then the ideal nature (no matter which stat you boost) should be one that lowers the unused Attack stat. If your pokemon uses both Attack stats, then ask yourself- am I trying to be faster, or am I trying to tank hits? Tanky pokemon should go -Speed, while faster pokemon should go minus one of the Defenses. Which one you choose can be as simple as lowering the worse stat (since you don't want to take hits from there anyways), to more complex scenarios where you pick based on specific things you want to tank well (regardless of the actual stat). NEVER EVER SETTLE FOR NEUTRAL NATURES. Neutral natures are the worst. There's ALWAYS a stat that can be boosted, and there's always a stat that can afford to be lowered in compensation for that boost. Always. Never settle ever.
Algunas de mis Guias: ENGLISH: Hi very good at all! My name is Chequio, and I want to bring you to the Spanish community PokeMMO, my guides Pokemon. The guidelines are aimed at anyone who wants to start competing in the world of Pokemon competitive. However, there are and will more varied guides that have nothing to do with the competitive Pokemon, such as money or some other video commenting PokeMMO a major patch, etc.. My goal is to help all those people who wants to enjoy Pokemon to another level, competing. And all those people who do not know much about Pokemon but wants to learn. I for one am willing to help anyone in need. So I hope you like them and a big hug to all PokeMMO community. Some of my guides: --------------------------------------------------------- Todas las Guias:
5. It would be cool if some kind of effort value reducing items were made available in the game for people who are EV training their pokemon. The way it is right now if you dont perfectly collect the EVs or if you accidentally beat the wrong pokemon your EV potential is basically screwed. Adding EV reducing items would give you better control over your pokemons capabilities.
6. So I tried to make a giant post of all of my videos, but I couldnt put more than 2 "media" (ie the Youtube embed). So I could have it as links instead. Would having links to the videos to the Youtube channel on one post be more convenient to you guys?
