greetings guys, today i would like to suggest a tournament event NPC. tournament event NPC is there is a NPC near elite 4 battle front door that manage the tournament for every 3 hour. the candidate need to have 6 pokemon that lvl over 50 as a condition to join the tournament.the reward for tournament is a random TMs that cant be buy at any others NPC ,the TMs will be different every week. The battle will be semi final and final battle like this:- Semi final battle Mr A vs Mr B= Mr A win Mr C vs Mr D=Mr D win final battle Mr A vs Mr D=Mr D win Only 4 candidates can join for every tournament if in 10 minutes there is not enough 4 candidates who join,the tournament will be cancel if any player dc or afk when battle,they will disqualifies(lose)

So, I was viewing my shiny collection in my X version while on my spring vacation this past week, and I particularly noticed my sapphire shiny lunatone. This made me wonder about the competitive capabilities that a lunatone could have. So I looked up the moves that it could learn in 3rd gen and stumbled across baton pass. I was surprised to say the least. But then I noticed that lunatone could only learn the move by being purified in XD Gale of Darkness. Therefore, my suggestion is to implement a method for being able to get these "special moves" onto the pokemon that the moves concern. The method that comes to mind, and would kill two birds with one stone, would be to make these moves available to the pokemon via swarms (i.e. lunatones found in swarms would have the move baton pass on them). These moves are not meta-changing (to my knowledge, and I am not even sure as to which pokemon besides lunatones have special moves), but they would provide other options for certain pokemon. They are also not able to be bred onto the pokemon's same-species offspring (since they are neither tutor nor egg moves) this would help solve the problem of swarms being undesireable. BOTTOM LINE: Special moves give certain pokemon other options in comp play. The moves are in their movepool but are currently unavailable to them. If implemented through swarms it would be killing two birds with one stone in my opinion.
