Here's how to check if Ray/M2 counts to Dex(if they do): 1. Find whoever has Mewtwo/Rayquaza 2. Beat them in battle and take them from the other trainer 3. Log off immediately before anyone else can challenge you. So it runs away back to the wild. Because that's the only thing you can do with them. 4. Check Pokedex Viola!! (Because the only significance the legendaries have in MMO is just dex entry. So they aren't worth trying to get like they are in the main-line games)

Now it's like, when you beat the 3 storylines, there's nothing else to do, so many people just leave. If we had a daily reward system, they'd be coming back. And even if somehow, PokeMMO had the most stable economy(which will never happen, especially with these latest nerfs and “balances”), it would mean absolutely nothing if there's not a good player base to support it. Sure more people means more money in the game, but it should be "Player Experience > Economy Concerns", not the other way around.

**UPDATE** If, ever during my training, I ask you if you want a certain TM move over one of your other moves, if you do want it, I will teach your Pokemon said TM free of charge. Example: Since Outrage is garbage in this game(only 90 BP), I will teach your Pokemon Dragon Claw(which is 80 BP, but doesn't confuse or lock you in) absolutely free.

(this is the part where I play devils advocate) I don’t believe there’s much concern needed regarding the economy at this point. I mean, we just had an update that significantly impacted the economy in more ways than one. And I can confidently say that the Lucky Egg and Amulet Coin reworks affected the economy significantly more than daily rewards ever would. Unfortunately the rest of the player base might not share the same enthusiasm as you do!!

Good news. I almost have your 2 Pokemon completed. Also, are you ok if I teach your Krookodile Dragon Claw over Outrage? Because here in MMO, Outrage is only 90 BP and not nearly as powerful as it is in the main games. And although Dragon Claw is 80 BP, it doesn't lock you in and it doesn't confuse. So in conclusion, here on MMO, Dragon Claw > Outrage

The player base is already as split as it is. Not just with pvp, but with the economy in general. All the nerfs and "balances" have resulted in shifts in the player base. Adding Ubers to the PvP fray wouldn't negatively affect the community. Because I can guarantee you that I'm not the only one that wants Ubers in MMO

Though it doesn't make sense that not only is there not an Ubers format in, say, matchmaking, but also since MMO is trying not to even touch it with a 30 ft pole. That can be taken as an issue. Trying to segregate Ubers from the game is very bad game design, as they're just as prominent and important of a part of the game as any other pokemon.

Considering we're gonna be getting Gen 4 and Dungeons with HA Mons and Legendaries. I say it's about time we finally add a little Uber's section to the Matchmaking list and Tourney list (or at least when Sinnoh and Dungeons come out)

though keep in mind that unova had more than one pts before its release, and sinnoh has so far only had 1. So if the same holds true, the more likely event to get cancelled for Sinnoh would be Christmas.
