I will start off by saying that like the title say. If you loose your authenticator for any reason, you have basicly lost your account.
When I tryed to log in for the first time after about 2 years I found out I that the authenticator I had linked to my account was on my old company phone that I handed in and was formated more then a year ago. I clicked on the button "or verify useing another method" and then "contact us for assistance" expecting it all to be fixed like every other respecable site with an authenticator system. But when I contacted them I was instantly told by Draak that "We can't help you with that".
I contacted him to try and get some serious help about this but was basicly told after a few messages that if you loose your authenticator for any reason, stolen phone, broken phone or anything at all. You have lost your account and we can not/wont help you. If you want back in you have to make a new account with a new email and a new username.
I hope all of you that have an authenticator or are thinking of getting an authenticator will remember this and accept the risk that if you loose your authenticator, you loose your account
