Select ban appeal and write your appeal. If you already did a ban appeal you need to wait for SGMs to answer the ticket. Hi ! Kadabra evolves only via trading with another player, it won't work via the GTL. You can ask to some staff members or players in public chats for some help, so you would trade your pokemon with them, then they would trade it back to you to make it evolve. Have a nice day !
